When sewing the stretch pockets what’s the white tissue paper like stuff you use and why do you use it? Cheers for a great video.

Its tissue paper or copy paper. Useful for lowering the friction between presser foot and preventing the stretch fabric from dragging which causes misalignment and rippling.

Quick question, if I use webbing on my sternum strap closure what is the name of the black plastic hook used and where can I purchase this hardware? Great video and thanks for your help.

My preferred sternum strap hardware is ripstopbytheroll.com/products/bunny-sternum-strap but it requires narrow webbing. For 3/4” or 1” wide webbing, one of the options here will work. www.questoutfitters.com/Fasteners_%20Misc_Fasteners.htm
