I want to qualify something she said; "don't describe every feature you see." However, the more labels you have, the better. In a graph like this, all 4 countries must be mentioned. Also, pointed observations about the years labeled and/or ranges of years will help ensure the examiner does not feel some "important points" are missing. If I were to write this essay, I would make sure each of the 4 countries are mentioned, and that each of the 5 years appear in my content paragraphs in order for the examiner to not feel something was missing.

I totally agree with what you're saying. All the mains groups of data should be there. When describing them, you should concentrate on trends and compare trends between countries. Just giving numbers for each country and year is not the right approach.

@@FasTrackIELTS Yes, I would say that's one main difference between a 6 and a 7 for TA. As you mentioned, everything should flow, with a logical break between the two content paragraphs. These help the CC score.

Excuse me ... could you please tell me the difference between shop &store /booklet & handbook...

For me, from the U.S., a shop is smaller--like a boutique. It's independently owned, while a store I imagine any large, medium or small store that is a chain or somehow corporate in nature. It is also the generic term of where we go to buy nonspecific items. "I was at the store the other day when I ran into my ex." Notice where I was or the nature of the venue is not as important as the event; it's only setting/context. I would not use "shop" in that example--it would only start an unwanted conversation "which shop? where? did you buy anything?"

Not sure, but i think overview & conclusion would be similar & so we shouldn't be giving a conclusion. However i was also trained in the institute to add a conclusion, Asiya @Fasttrack IELTS should help

So what would the conclusion be? You cannot give any opinions or analyses; only the data as shown. The pitfalls of writing a conclusion include A) going over time and/or B) writing something that is not direct info from the data shown. This second pitfall can hurt your TA score.

As much as it takes to ensure a well-supported essay!!! Words are no longer counted by examiners, but they are definitely missed if the support is not strong.

You can. It's a good move if your introduction is very short like in diagrams
