thanks for explaining this really well. in still a bit new to cars and own a 1999 ford festiva, I wanted to add a rev limiter so I don't over rev my car since it doesn't have a tachometer so this should help alot

You should put the lc button under the clutch pedal, so when you press the clutch it automatically turns on lc

Do you need to hold the button all the time for launch control or just press it once?

You need to hold it down for launch control. As soon as it is released it reverts back to main limiter.

you coul wire in a 12 v time relay so the on signal stays on for a cople of seconds. 4 seconds would probebly be best

Can you set more than one limit without the launch control button? And can you change how often it cuts spark similar to a bee r limiter

No, can only set one upper limit at a time. Then you have the option of a 'hard cut' or 'soft cut' limit. There's not much else to play with.

It knows when the spark plugs are firing, you set how many cylinders you have, it works out the rest.
