They make a tool to get them tight you know? $7.99 American.
@sxs4l24522 сағат бұрын
You come slightly over tight as the tool rolls it taking in some stretch too....trim and go. Heat cycles could case some stretch. If you clip that end to tight without the tool it could come loose and be frustrating thing later. Just trying to help.

I caught up to you! I did my full m45 build, similar to yours. According to virtual dyno I'm making about 160 horsepower. I wonder if yours is pretty similar

Thanks for this video as I don't know what im doing. I'm trying to fix motorbike electrics, as changed loads parts and bike still dead. Is there a test also that makes a beep sound if a break in the loom or just this test more simple for beginners?

sorry to spam your comments but my build is finally done! your series here was a huge inspiration even though I used almost none of the same parts. Thanks for walking us through the entire process and making it feel achievable

great series. do you think the power gains from this would extend to a 1.6 nb? i do notice on mine when the engine gets warm that the power seems to drop off slightly

Great video, and thanks for sharing. In balancing my 40 DCOE webers, the front 3 are at 5 on the air-flo meter but 4 is at 7. What would contribute to this carb being higher? Thank you!

I very much enjoyed and learned from your clear picture of steering box screw, and your clear speaking, and uncomplicated video. As my enthusiastic thanks, buy and try thin inexpensive blue "surgical "latex gloves, their cheap and you will not hurt or cut your hands and fingers, as much, and you will be very surprised. As an added plus, buy white thin cotton " insert gloves " that go on your hands " first ", then on top of the white cotton gloves, go the blue latex gloves. You now will not sweat hardly as much, and it feels much better with them on, and worth the small expense, and you can wash and dry, and reuse. thank you. I especially liked your paint marks of original position.

Cheers for the video, the number of videos showing how to change a driveshaft with a double wishbone is rather limited. Also its far better watching the work being done on an older vehicle with a touch of rust as well.
