I love fitness blender more than anything because of all the hard work they go through to make thousands of fitness videos free for the public. I swear I owe my entire journey of fitness to these 2 ppl. I've gone through so many DVDs by beach body and others but I always come back to fitness blender because of how honest and helpful they are. Not to mention for the motivation and the real results! You guys helped me gt through so much and taught me evey basic thing I needed to know about training! Keep it up!

I know your pain. I struggle so bad trying to find Jillian Michael's videos on KZbin or trying to find links online and all I ever find is "This video requires payment to watch. " but Fitness Blender is the ABSOLUTE BEST at making things free, making awesome and fun workouts videos, etc. I am soooo glad I found you guys when I did. 😊

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and just completed this workout (with consent from my doc)! safaira1 I would recommend buying weights - there's so much stuff at a gym that you don't need, and working out at home is so much more convenient. Plus, it's way cheaper in the long run to invest in a good set of weights than it is to pay a gym membership every month indefinitely. Just my $.02

I bought Golds Gym adjustable weights at Walmart for fairly cheap they go up to 25 and down to five, and i bought one set of 8 lbs and these have been working perfectly for me! They take up practically no space at all. Plus you can work out whenever you want!

I woke up feeling fairly sore from a killer kickboxing workout yesterday, I wanted to squeeze in one more workout before the weekend. This leg/butt focused workout was exactly what I needed. Easy on the arms, tough on the legs & butt -- all while working up a really good sweat.

I did this workout 3 days ago and when I was done I felt like I had a good cardio workout but my muscles didn't feel that fatigued. Upon waking the next 2 days, I could hardly walk! Haha this did so much more than I originally thought. I will definitely be doing this one again!

Keli your butt is starting to look like how I want mine! I have never seen a butt transformation with just working out and lifting weights along with eating right. I am so motivated right now, which is, just what I need! I have a goal in developing my butt and have always wondered if you could really developed your butt this way! I think its because I have never seen it and so many ppl take the easy way out or just not believing in it myself! I am glad that I have followed this channel since 2012! I just haven't been able to constantly workout to get the desired results I am looking for but I have grown alot with changing my eating habits! I am proud of this so the next level is to get my desired results! Love this channel, very motivated and great workouts!

Workout complete :-). I wanted to do more cardio, so instead of the 20-10-20 intervals I did 50 second intervals of the cardio exercises between the strength exercises. Makes the cardio bit much harder, so perhaps this is a tip for others who want to up the cardio intensity as well :-)

I found kellie and Daniel back in 2013 when I first found my love for fitness and thanks to them helping me kick start my weight loss I lost a ton of weight. I fell off and now I’m back into it and I must say that Kellie looks amazing her glutes have perfected and the amount of muscle she has grown from back then is crazy. You look amazing girl you’re giving me motivation 💪🏾. Its hard to believe how much i sweat at the end of every workout with FB! I love it. I was planning on doing the new 1,000 calorie burn workout & this one today before work but my daughter is fussy right now so I just stuck to this one. It still got the job done, now I'm not as bummed out lol.

I completedddd ittttt!! Used 2 litre bottles for weights as I can't find my dumbells. Love the yoga at the end. Enjoyed this! Didn't feel burning but my legs and ass felt like jelly. Aaaand the sweat!!! Loving it. Can't wait to do another one tomorrow :)

FANTASTIC! It was challenging but not as hard as I expected with Kelli's warning in the beginning. I was able to use my heaviest dumbbells which is rare, and I felt very strong after completing this. Today the back of my thighs and butt feel worked, but not fatigued. This was a great workout. THANK YOU KELLI AND DANIEL! Kelli's body is looking fantastic as other have mentioned. Such an inspiration and so healthy.

I did this workout today, loved it, but because of my age I had to substitute some of the jumping moves that Kelli did with some of her other moves from another video. It worked out really good though. Another video to add to my workout calendar.
