I just started working out seriously for the first time in my life. This is day 4 for me and I got through 15 min of this video. And I'm really proud of myself for that (keep in mind I weigh 303 pounds). By the end of this week I will get through this entire video :)

How is your journey going ? Please research these terms for faster weight loss and Health. Intermittent fasting, high intensity interval training hitt , whole food plant based organic diet, one meal a day diet. You don't have to do all but you may be able to get helpful Information from each.

I remember that when I first tried fitness blender, I'm crying while doing the whole exercise because I feel so ugly and useless. But after 4 months, I feel so proud of myself and I actually could walk at the school hallway without covering my tummy.

Everyone burns calories at a different rate, depending on lots of different variables - bodyweight, muscle mass, existing fitness level, exertion level, weight being lifted, training type, length of workout and/or intervals, etc. We use these factors to give a range that the vast majority of people will fall into.

I'm 41 and a pretty active guy (swimming, recreational and technical scuba diving). When I started doing your workouts on my 'off' days and began pushing myself harder, I noticed that I wasn't doing so well in the anaerobic zone and had a slow-ish recovery from exertion. Anaerobic training simply didn't feature much in my other activities. A couple months down the line, I feel quite a bit stronger, and I recover much more quickly after a burst of speed in the pool. Awesome!

Am a stay home mom with two kids and my last Ben is 14 months old...started working out with FB for about 3weeks now...I do all the 35 to 40 minutes HIIT everyday and the most difficult ones on the weekend.. my whole body is sooooo sore...Am really glad I found you guys even though am not tryin to loose that much weight...I'm a size 8-10 in UK clothings ...I just want to tone my arms and flatten the rest of the belly left after child birth...And also have been off and on using steel bone corsets for a year now....Just want to say thank you FB and lots of love from London for giving us unlimited exercise routines😘😘😘😘😘😘

Wonderful routine. I like the variety of exercises and that it's different exercises after the break as opposed to repeating the same for another round. Not only variety but also, interesting ones. So big plus here. Daniel detailed instructions throughout the practice are very very helpful. A big plus on this one too. On some cases, it was left to me to figure out modification for the low impact option....... On the whole, enjoyable and double plus for this workout. Thank you so very much.

Kelli and Daniel are the best workout partners/trainers! I've used a variety of their videos and love that I have the option to do a different workout each time for FREE. I've been working out with them over the past year and I've lost 20lbs and a pant size... I've toned up significantly and my endurance, balance, and stamina have increased so much. I don't really diet, but I drink lots of water and try to make healthier choices throughout the day without depriving myself of foods that I really like, ie. Snacks, alcohol, junk lol
