Today, 18 Sept 2024. I have been on this exercise and intend to do it for the whole month - the 30 day challenge. Initially I did this exercise twice a day, approximately 40 mins. I am now using this and another exercise video (detoxing, endocrine system) from this channel also total 40 mins for 1 week. The cellerciser exercises have been improving my muscle mass and bone mass reading and slowly decreasing bodyfat {i use a body fat scale}. This is fantastic, as walking and swimming ( 1 hour of either exercise) do not help much with muscle and bone mass this fast, this much. And I was led to believe that once I reached 50, I will only lose muscle and bone mass. 6 days a week, in the morning, I have been using my cellerciser and getting encouraging results. I am motivated to go on my cellerciser knowing I am healthier day by day. So thank you , Dave for such a high quality product.

I had knee replacement October 2023..so I'm 4 months post op. I've gained quite a bit of weight due to being unable to move. I recently started rebounding with mostly the health bounce. I definitely can feel it working. Go easy on yourself at first becuz it exercises everything internal and external.

I have cellercized off/on for years and more recently have, after a sore throat, developed a cough that I think might be allergy related. I realize I need to breath deeper and do this type of exercise as it's helped me stay healthier in the past. Loved this mornings workout ... really got a sweat going. Thanks for creating this amazing product and I look forward to getting back in to cellercizing!

@sheli4239 Жыл бұрын
Eventually your body learns that a raw vegan organic diet is good food and you really enjoy the taste! It takes a few months for your body to detoxify from the bad food, for your body to appreciate the healthy food. Cheese and animal products have addictive chemicals affecting your brain.@@MultiMarie66
@jmc0369 Жыл бұрын
For some animal base diet is better. Clearly radical reversals of disease and changes toward health have been achieved by vegans as well as carnivores. Its about the individuals journey in finding whats best for them.

What's a WFPB diet?
@numbernine85716 ай бұрын
whole foods plant based. look for dr peter rogers channel on you tube
@AnovaLisaDragonfly5 ай бұрын
It stands for ‘whole food, plant-based’. Meaning, a diet that consists of all (or majority) fruit, vegetables, beans/peas/lentils, nuts, and seeds. One main distinction between WFPB and vegan is that one can eat a vegan diet but still eat a lot of junk foods (starches, snacks, sweets, processed foods, etc). WFPB can be vegan, but the focus is on consuming nutrient-dense foods that are in their natural form.

No way! Cellerciser is much better, the spring back of the mat is much better which is important. I have bungee too, feels almost the same but Cellerciser better and can feel the difference. Recently bought this, I think it’s the springs.
