I weighed 312 lbs in 2012. I was a truck driver and ate mostly shelf stable food I could microwave in my truck and truck stop food. I left trucking and started eating healthier after finding out I had a heart attack and didn’t even know it. Now in 2024 I weigh 160 lbs. and have for the last 7 years. Back in the day we ate home cooked meals 3 times a day 7 days a week. We didn’t have fast food and we were all thin. School lunches were all home made recipes by women from the depression era.
