IT'S ABOUT FREAKING TIME!!!!!!!!! YAAAAY!!!!!! I was in the state department talking to an engineer about the roof, seven guys were moving a floor fan into the area SEVEN PEOPLE. Two guys had clipboards, three were carrying the fan, and two were observing. All were wearing hard hats, safety glasses, and those bright yellow see in the dark jackets. And this is typical in Washington, not unusual. I was repremanded for saying to the engineer " One more man would have been nice"
