This is indeed a parody of confessions nocturnes by diam's and vitaa, however, it's smarter than just parodying it : the original song is about a girl who find out that her boyfriend is cheating on her with another girl, so with her friend they go at the boyfriend's place to confront him, break the car, etc. And this parody is from the cheating guy's perspective, with really funny lyrics directly responding to the original song's lyrics and situation from the mv.

Mauvaise foi is an expression for hypocisy, "faire preuve de mauvaise foi" means being hypocrite or acting as a victim or innocennt even though you are the problem (sort of, it's diffcult to convey the full meaning, some of it gets lost in translation). Here Vitoo (played by Pascal Obispo) cheats on his girlfriend with many other girls and complains about his girlfriend becoming paranoid and not trusting his words; so we can say "il fait preuve de mauvaise foi" because he acts as a poor victim, doesn't acknowledge his part in the situation whereas he is responsible for the situaton. As many others have said before, this is a parody of another song called "confession nocturne" by Vitaa and Diam's in which Vitaa goes to her friend Diam's and talks about her boyfriend she suspects to be cheating on her.

This CANNOT be understood by someone who doesn't speak french. Mostly because there are a ton of lyrics that aren't actually french, but street-talk. Think of it like this : if someone who didn't fully master English, were told to try and understand the scene in Airplane with the old lady who speaks Jive, would they get it? Maybe some of it, but probably not all of it. And would they get the joke too? Same thing here. As for some context : this song is a parody of an existing song by french female rapper "Diam's" featuring singer "Vitaa", titled "Confessions nocturnes" (Night-time confessions) about a girl (Vitaa) being cheated on by her man, as she confides into her best friend (Diam's), who decides to confront the cheater. The parody essentially tells "the other side" of that story but in a tongue-in-cheek fashion. The parody rapper (Vitoo) is in fact famous singer and beautiful lyricist "Pascal Obispo" who is very much not known for doing things like this at all (imagine James Blunt parodying the Fresh Prince, and you'll get the idea). And the other rapper is a fictional character called "Fatal Bazooka" by shock-based and prank comedian "Michael Youn" who used his character of Fatal Bazooka to try his hand at a musical career (and even his own movie) with a relative success, if rather niche and cult following. As for the song itself : First of all, the language is too "street" to be understood by a non-Native. But moreover, the song and the video are full of parody references either to the comedians themselves, or to the original video and artist they are parodying. If you wanted some context, watching the original by Diam's may help a bit for the visual comedy bits, but that's about it.
