Looks like I've missed 3 events - I've added them here • Fatal Fury Special - 3...
Some are character & stage specific, some are score based, some are time based, some are a combination of the above, some are easy to find and some you may never see if you don't know the triggers. I didn't include the super fast moped on Kim's stage as I don't think you can trigger it and it just happens at random. Are there any I'm missing? lmk if you know of any others

The fact they freaking scaled the tiny duck sprite coming out of the cave is an insane attention to detail. especially for an event 99% of the players never encounter.

@@ohfivepro I actually did play that game. It was....weird. But an enjoyable bullet hell SHMUP. If you played with a friend to play the 2nd player, you’d have interesting conversations with 2 of the 6 playable characters in between levels and boss fights. But, hey! Chang and Choi appear as a cameo in that game too!

I have to admit that I'm a touch fascinated with how much in-depth Neo Geo knowledge you pit out there. I saw a video of yours posted at atariage some time ago regarding triggering the extra bosses in 'Nam 1975, and have been peeking in since (I'm not a member there). I've been hard into the Neo Geo for as long as it has existed, but am astonished of the sorts of things you've brought to light!

Thanks - glad you like the vids. I'm just a middle aged dork who's been into Japanese arcade games since forever & have seen, picked up & worked out a bunch of cool / interesting things over the years. Dunno if you follow me on Twitter but there's waaaaay more stuff there. Shorter videos, picture only stuff & tons more info both for SNK games & other companies. Plenty of things that have never been documented online before (as far as I can tell at least) Might be a bit trickier to find due to lots of post but you could try typing my username into the Twitter search box along with 'SNK' or a game name & see if anything pops up

@@ohfivepro I'm of a similar age to you it seems, and I've just kept playing games all along. I also enjoy going for 1cc's where I can. My best games are Time Soldiers and Black Tiger. I have a Time Soldiers cabinet that I use for all of my rotary stick games, and can regularly no miss that one. I need to take a little time this summer and go back to working on that 1cc. I'm not on Twitter or any other social media, but I may search your username sometime, as I really enjoy finding out about oddities in arcade games, especially those that I think I know inside and out!

@@bananonymouslastname5693 Nothing beats playing on a cab but my local Japanese styled arcade cafe's closed for good now. No more candy cabs for me :( Twitter's great as you don't need to be logged in or following me to see what's posted. You can just check in whenever you feel like it, the same as any normal website. If you do have a nose around, hopefully you'll find some interesting bits & pieces

They're in the Neo Geo arcade (MVS) & home (AES) versions & the modern Arcade Archives ports of the MVS game. I'd guess they're in the Neo Geo CD game but I don't actually know if they're in any of the other home ports? Glad you've found out about them now though. I never played the SNES / SFC version so don't know for sure but I imagine most of them were cut? Gamefaqs might have a SNES guide or you could test for yourself with an emulator

There’s a clothesline hanging white sheets in the left side of the stage that only appear in the 4th stage triggered by either double KO or draw game on the 3rd round. Billy Cain’s hobby happens to be doing laundry and it shows in the 4th round.
