Really genuine seeming, down to earth guy. Seems like someone you could hang out with and talk about everything for hours. I apprecciate Norman a lot and he has made some of the most instantly catchy electronica ever. I have listened to big beat a lot lately and his Skint label pretty much defines the genre.

He's such a kind relatable guy. I always thought he was the coolest housemartin, then look what the guy gone did! There was something, I think also for the tube and he was showing how he went through a ton of 7inch vinyl looking for a hook for his work with beats international. I saw Freak power live at the Riverside and was lucky enough to be front row at t in park for many years. My son's best mate was buzzing seeing him at snow bombing last year too and this year's glasto on TV was amazing. Oh and I sat in my garden many miles away from Gateshead, when a quiet gig , just wasn't. I found the bit about the people who loved his wife didn't necessarily like him An I can relate to going out with a mate, who's famous and people just barge you out of the way to get to them. 1st world but really real problems and then of course the bomb. Anxiety and depression is a disease that can't even be cured by wealth success, or recognition. Thanks for this. Fat boy slim is a national treasure for every thing and especially for rocking us through COVID for free. Doffs hat. Gent.

I'd take an interview like this with a slightly lower production value, over most of the clinical and soulless podcasts. I would say though, you've managed to score a great interview, but at the same time managed to film the entire thing with the microphone in front of your face. Keep up the work!

You get an hour with the most brilliant music maker of the 90’s. And you mess it up by interrupting him with your own opinion just when it’s about to get real interesting and he’s about to go deeper into his argument. And choosing a way to narrow microphone, placing it way to close and fix it with gaffer tape. Never ever have I seen or heard such an amateurish way to manage an opportunity like this.
