If so, how other countries in the world able to find their people are hiding investment/ account in US since US wont track their local taxpayers/ residence has account in FI? Thanks. i´m just trying to figure out if i have to jump thru all these hoops even tho i make 2,000Euros/month, and own no property, and have never had more than 7,000Euros in the bank at once. being evicted and asked to fill out millions of forms at the same time, and turn over all of my personal information. unbelievably unfair and confusing shite bank world we live in. honestly, some days i can hardly wait to die.

i believe accounts with less than 50k for individuals, does not require disclosure. plus its usually the responsibility of financial institutions. i think you're alright if you never have more than 7k and have no foreign investments (regarding AEOI tax compliance).. though speaking to your local tax authorities will be the surest way to know. youtube is not the place for tax advice so you should seek practical advice from a licensed professional.
