Because monnneyyyyhhhhhh.... They are getting grubbier and grubbier. Occasionally they might give out some QoL that might seem customer friendly but the game's balance have long ago shifted to bullshit whale fights and reliance on the BIG FOUR, then whatever the fuck is that two Tamamo versions. Every new account is crippled because they not only have no access to those OP free 4stars but have far less chance to roll highly important CEs like KScope and 2030. They even just keep releasing dysfunctional and unusable characters on purpose because people will roll because of of the emotional attachment then leave them collect dust.
