i am 17 years old now, i’ve went through a lot of phases, and damn i honestly haven’t watched Ninjago since i was 11 or 12. it was really really a long time ago, and Ninjago, alongside other shows like Star Wars the Clone Wars, were really huge part of my childhood. i’m kinda amazed at the fact that children come and go and grow out of it, but the show keeps gowing for new children to come and replace those who have grown up. i never asked myself what ended up happening with the characters of the show, until i saw your video ok my youtube home page… the nostalgia really hits hard and i remember as a child, Jay was kinda my favourite character, and i think Jay as a sort of “Men in Black” character is kinda cool to be honest. either way that was a huge jump back into childhood.

There are kids watching Ninjago right who weren't even alive when Ninjago first started airing. That's so wild to me but it's something I'm legit grateful for. Out of all the things that were popular when I was a kid, I never expected Ninjago to be the one that stood the test of times. All these years later I still watch Ninjago just like I did back then and I still love it. So much has changed and so many things have come and gone but Ninjago remain. It's one of the few contents I have left in my life regarding entertainment, certainly one of the few that still has it's original identity and feels like a continuation of that original story 14 years ago. Again, it's so crazy to me that Ninjago survived to be that continuous reminder of my younger years but I am forever grateful that it is.

One being that, because Future Jay actually got released as a minifigure in 2018, this means Lego still considers his future as canon. For me, i stopped watching at Hands Of Time. The season after that changed, and ninjago hasn’t been the same. The voices changed, the designs changed, almost everything changed. I’ve always had the theory that the company that produced the show alongside lego got acquired, but i’m not sure.
