I'm barely new to FGO, been playing since New Year. Are all the gudaguda events connected? Can someone explain? Thank you!

Each of them tells a different "mini-story", but the overarching narrative is a continuation from previous years. The main cast has been slowly introduced (it all started with just Nobu/Okita) and there's quite a few references being made to earlier events. As a new player, if you have the time, I strongly encourage you to find a chronological list of all the events in FGO so far (including GudaGuda) and watch their respective cutscenes, all of which you should be able to find on this channel. Some of them, especially the later ones like SERAPH, are pretty significant storywise and are often referenced in other events or even the main story.
