I was thinking about Hundred Persona, too. All Camelot-only servants (except Holmes for spoiler issues) were shown in the pv. Touta could be cut due to him being totally irrelevant in the story (all he did was throw his rice and carry Sanzang) but Hundred Persona played a much bigger role in the story (her role is as big as Serenity's and Cursed Arm's). My take is her VA didn't probably reprise her role in the movie (she might have retired already). If you would look at her VA's profile, she only did Hundred Persona and another role in her career. TLDR VA probably didnt reprise her role
