Normally the fat dynamic is heartbreaking but it’s funny to see her react to THICC Caesar. Part of me is slightly tired of the mainstream agenda, always making every fictional character slim with perfect bodies. It’s nice to see FGO try different styles in body types for a change and I’d personally love to see more thicc chicks myself. I ain’t even fat anymore I just like diversity.

Cleo doesn't get nearly enough credit as a ruler from her modern depictions. She and Caesar were an absolute power couple, I'm pretty sure they could have ruled all of Europe together if he hadn't been assassinated. That's a huge part of the reason I'm working on a fanservant version of Caesarion - to give them an opportunity to reunite as a family, even if it's just in my head :') I've got most of the concepts for him down, hopefully one day I'll feel confident enough in my art skills to draw his ascensions~

What I like about her design is that it's not the same like many other versions of her. Unlike wearing typical Egypt clothes like in most media, she wears a more modern look to fit in the "modern beauty" look. And while her other ascension feels more like the real Cleo, it shows that she trusts us.

Did the Egyptians actually rule Egypt because it seems like everyone that wasn't Egyptian ruled Egypt from the Persians to the Greeks and later the Romans.

The period from the Persian conquest to Cleopatra's death is referred to as the new kingdom the most well documented and shortest part of Egptian history so yes they did rule themselves they are technically the longest lasting civilization in history, starting from 3000bc and only coming under foreign rule for a fraction of its lifetime. Its just mainly out of those 3000 years we can only document 1500 years and thats by pulling every bit of archeological evidence and every vauge mention into some degree of chronology. Due to tomb raiders, the habit that Egyptian pharohs had for erasing the legacy of older pharaohs and time we have lost a huge amount of its history. So its pretty much easier to refer to it post Hellinistic period.

I'll be honest, this was the servant that got me into FGO. I wanted to know what this version of Cleopatra was like and she's one of, if not my number 1, favorite Servants in the Assassin Class. I do enjoy that both her and Caesar have a similar wish but gaining that wish would forever separate them again. While Cleo does try to find ways to get Caesar into his slimmer form, she doesn't try that hard to do so.

Octavian held extreme jealousy towards Caesarian as Caesarian was born with the name of Caesar while Octavian only got the name through his granduncle's will and thus not a true Caesar, that's why you had him killed.

Honestly, I think she's actually one of the better 5-star Assassins. If it weren't for her HP demerit, she could practically use her NP once every two or three turns just off her command cards alone.

While true Cleopatra did try her best to salvage old traditions and preserve ancient knowledge but alas the Libary of Alexander was pillaged. Dam Octavius was an ass. Point being Cleopatra was about as much of a Pharoh as anyone with the title even Ozy in fate reconizes this and respects her. So despite coming from a Greek family she was probably the best thing to come out the Ptolomy dynasty from an Egyptian perspective.

Main reason is that it needs them to be particularly heroic its one thing to rule its another to be a qualified heroic spirit and its very likely a lot of these figures in question died at peace and have no desire for the grail, some of them could shop up as rulers but its very unlikely.

George Washington should be considered as a Heroic Spirit. He is after the Founder of the United States and he is famously known much more than the other Founding Fathers. I really hated that the price for Edison to manifest as a Heroic Spirit is to derived the the presidents before into him. Washington should be considered an exception.

@OtakuDaiKun I dunno if Tagging still works on KZbin but this is just a question, but would you consider doing something akin to Servant death battles? You know, Screw Attack style- minus the animation. It's merely a suggestion, but maybe you should try it to see how it goes? People may like it, plus they aren't many videos analyzing Servants in reference to each other in a one on one. Also, just for the purposes of simplicity, try to have the Servants be under the same Master as much as possible- it would make the topic easier for you, I think. Err, anyways... I digress, point is, maybe you should try doing those analyses-Versus style videos, I personally think you're style of presentation would lend itself nicely to such a series. And as an example of a fight I'd personally like to see.... King Arthur (Proto) VS Achilles (Rider) And analysis parameters, skills, feats, attributes, and Noble Phantasms to see who would win in a death match. Anyways, you don't have to do it, just a suggestion.

Personally I don't like VS battles. A good fight has a solid narrative running through it that makes determining the winner objectively kinda pointless.

@@otakudaikun Oh? That is a bit disappointing since I haven't seen anyone do that with Fate like I have with Star Wars, for example. I like knowing who would win without game mechanics and plot armor getting in the way. I kind of just want the carnage of the battle, you know? A Grail War where, truly, no one is safe and only the strongest survive. At least for me, narrative is cool and all but, I'm mainly there for the carnage and bloodshed. I'm not saying it needs to be mindless violence and that a narrative can't exist, but I want some author to eventually make a Holy Grail War where the best Servant-Master pair wins, instead of plot armor. So, the story was determined by the winner and not the other way around. Err, but getting back to the main topic... I was hoping you'd at least try it or humor me, but I don't really mind. But the two big reasons why I asked if you'd consider such a series was because... 1. You're knowledge in Fate lore and the Servants 2. My own curiousity. So due to my curiosity and that you're rather knowledgeable, or at least a dedicated researcher, I feel you'd be most able to use the lore to provide a realistic outcome. Plus, it would help me better understand what each Servant can do since I'm a roleplayer- so I like knowing what the characters can do and what they're most likely to do to try and win. So, to an extent, it was me attempting to use you as somewhat of a tool- but it's also because, given your existing content, I feel that a versus series would be welcomed by your fans. Oh well, it's your channel so you can do as you please, although I do wish your Lessons in Magecraft series was updated more frequently- I rather enjoy it, and it helps me understand the Magical-system of the Nasuverse much better than the wikia, probably because you know about more characters than me so you have more specifics available. I'm largely anime only so I lack a deep understanding of intricacies beyond the TYPEMOON wikia. Anywho, I'll cut off my tangent here before I give you an hour long essay, Gomen'nasai.
