Before this DLC I never realized how similar Yui-chan is Shirou Emiya. I love her even more now. 💞

…So Yui has contracted with half Manifested Divine Spirit Monstrous beast hybrid …what? Unlike the other DLCs which have possible explanation for continuation of the Waxing Moon Ritual and why it goes how it does regardless WHAT Not complaining that much cause I think it’s very sweet Yui comforts Kishimojin I’m a bit curious of how the Ritual turns out

So what this DLC did really drive home to me: Chiemon is actually a nice guy on the inside, but he is al tsun-tsun about actually showing that his moral fibers are intact and that is "just" over the despair horizon believing only destruction can rid the world of it's evils. Takao Dayu is the most morally "pure" Master in the whole Waxing Moon Ritual. Unlike Iori she is not hiding a beast full of lust for battle under a layer of (rarely cracking and in some version dominant) adaption to an era of piece and "outside ideals" of broader society. Unlike Yui Shosetsu, Zheng Chenggong (and to a lesser degree Dorothea Coyett) she cannot bring herself to be ruthless in perusing her goals. I would go as far as in terms of being the morality I would order the master (from most to least moral) as : Takao Dayu, Dorotea Coyett (she is just a Western Mage by upbringing, but actually a good person when decisions must be made, much like Luviagelita Edelfelt), Yui Shosetsu, Iori (in practice; the way Saber sees him), Zheng Chenggong (he is affable and helps if he can, but also driving and was willing to commit acts such as kinslaying his goals and ideals which patriotic/political), Chiemon (as mentioned above, is actually helping the innocent despite believing that the whole society that let to all these injustices must be violently destroyed [almost an opposite of Kiritsugu, in committing acts of kindness but knowing/believing that the "miracle change" of the world to make it just can only be achieved by violent destruction, whereas Kiritsugu saw for a long time acts of kindness as unnecessary as only a logical choice for the greater good could promote it and because he saw his methods failing wanted to believe in a "miracle" that make such a change happen without violence], Tsuchimikado (he does the whole ritual for the standing of his family and the stability of the Shogunate that guarantees the "peace" of the Edo Period, but he lacks empathy and compassion), Iori (in theory, if one takes inner motivation instead of conduct as the bases for moral assessment [though Saber and Kaya would disagree as it seems quite possible he is becoming the "mask" that he fronts in the age of "peace" he lives in (and maybe even more so if he does not ditch his "excess" parts in order to become even more of a fighter).]).
