Scream 6 had the potential to be the biggest massacre in the franchise and they let me down. Keeping people alive because you’re attached to the character is the opposite of what I want to see. Scream 7 needs to be a heart pounding movie. Give us the stakes and the heart break!

Ghostface could use Sidney's family as a weakness towards her. Therefore, making Sidney fragile. It's been done with Superman, it's been done with Spider-Man. So why not do this with Sidney Prescott. Sidney won't die but one of her family members could.

Clearly she's choosing HER DAUGHTER. Duhhhh Now if you would've said she had to choose between her child(dren) or her husband, that would've made more sense and be more believable that she'd kinda have a harder time choosing which one. But not her own flesh and blood & a friend that she ain't seen in years

I didn't mind them killing Dewey, but the execution was weak (including the mourning). The Ghostface(s) in 6 sucked at the actual killing thing. For 7, Ghostface going after Sidney's kids could make it the darkest entry yet.
