See it’s that kind of thinking from the father, he was very complacent. Complacency kills. He and his daughter got lucky

The same thing happened in my country two days ago to a 19 years old girl, but unfortunately she didn't survive... that's horrific, hope nobody gets to experience something like this 🙏🙏

This is a reality that the other smaller animals in the forest live with, everyday. They know what can happen; they've seen it happen to other animals. But, they bravely go about their business of trying to "make a living."

While using their senses and instincts!! The forest goes silent for a reason when a large predator is in the area. If $+upid and daughter would have just paid attention to that much they might not have been attacked!! I guarantee it was silent

@@missys199 GOOD point, to listen just like the animals do. I'm wondering about this "make lots of noise" advice. The grizzly must have heard them. I would be very reluctant to go into the woods. But, if I had to - like in a search for a lost person (which I have done, in the mid 1980's) - I would be CONSTANTLY looking around. And, when going around "corners", I would do so, walking a wide arc.

@@danielasuncion9991 Surprisingly she didnt. The wind was blowjng away from her so she couldnt smell them. The w I nd affects sound too. She was completely surprised. Too bad its not lkke 2 people who usually say oh im sorry or excuse me and both go on their way. Im sure they woukd lkke to have petted her cubs and took video. But she had no way of knowing that. Its easy to forget animals dont have the emotions we do. We see emotions in our pets but they learn it through us. I really believe that. Wild animals are after 4 things ans thats it. Shelter, water, food, and pppulating their species. Thats it. Birds of prey are unique in that they mate for life. Of course they have emotions to their mate. Wild animals, and our pets have emotions but not like humans. They mainly go off instincts

Bear spray MIGHT make the bear think twice, mom and cubs, she’s going to attach.

Yeah and not only that but let's keep our one can of bear spray attached to one of our backpacks and the other doesn't even learn how to activate the bear spray before going on the hike. Pretty mind blowing.

AND to top it off, turns and runs when she sees the bear!! You can NOT outrun one. Its like with Bison. People have this misconcetion they are slow moving because theyre big animals, they are not fat!! Theyre solid muscle!! So are bears!

Somebody "liked" a comment I had made which brings me back to this video. I see it says attacked by an Angry Grizzly. This is BULLSH1T!! She was NOT angry! She was in protective mode! She was on a mission to protect her cubs, nothing more, nothing less, which is why she was not put down. She was just being a bear protecting her cubs. These people asked for it so many ways, the number is too high to count. They knew they were out at a dangerous time. They fell silent. IF they would have been paying attention, they would have known a bear was near as the forest was silent, guarantee it was! And they not only didn't have the bear spray where it was accessible, they were too lazy to take the time to learn how to use it!! SMH Hint, bear spray will NOT work on a mother grizzly in protection mode unless you get it directly down her throat! Then you better take off and make every second count to distance yourself as much as you can because as soon as she gets to where she knows where she is just a little bit shes coming!! Truth is most humans, especially hikers and people who love nature, would just love to pet her cubs and take a picture with them. But she has no way of knowing that. All she knows is you are a threat and her main concern is to disable the threat. They will go at a human the same way they will go at another bear. They want to disable the jaws and mouth as that is what they fight with. That is why she kept going for their face and head area. Talk about dumb. This one takes the cake!! SMH I'm going into the heart of Grizzly country, I know this! I'm going at a time when Grizzlys are likely to be out foraging for food. I know this. I take bear spray but ahhh I won't need it. Let's not only put it to where I can't get to it, but let's not read the directions or practice on how to use it either. That way, it is REALLY useless to us!! I often wonder how some people even know to breathe. I mean i know it's involuntary but they are so $tupid otherwise...........
