Always have a gun on you when out in the wilderness. You never know. Chimpanzees, bears, mountain lions are all ferrocous animals. Chimps are known to predate on other smaller monkeys and eat them. They are ugly almsot predatory. Always carry a gun when out there.

@@DG-zv4bl Not really. A dog can out think a chimpanzee on many levels and on the intellectual level and are far more perceptive than chimps. They know not to attack anyone just because they feel like it.

Bruno - at a young age - saw his family killed by poachers who arrived in cars. I am sure that he recognized the horn sound, saw the car, and was jolted back to that emotional state he experienced, initiating the rampage. Note that they proactively attacked the people that looked like the poachers, to say it politely. Bruno attacked the person who didn't look like a poacher, when challenged. The alpha male of a chimp pack, determines the mindset of the entire pack.

They won't stop until they rip a man apart and feast on his limbs. I believe his story he was able to use the stick to hit the leader chimp hard enough to make him lose his dominance on the eyes of the other chimps and stop the attack. Seriously the guy is lucky he was able to do that before the group attacked him. It's incredible he's even alive going up against a group of chimps already in full attack mode, with no gun

This is a complicated situation, on one hand it sucks that these chimps have been through/sees some pretty bad things. It should also be kept in mind that these guys weren’t prepared to be assaulted by a pack of stranger fearing chimps. I guess I feel bad for all parties involved. Due to someone’s negligence this terrifying event took place. I respect Gary’s loyalty to his friend and bravery for standing up against a raging chimpanzee.

Idk about you but if I just witnessed an angry chimpanzee bust through a window, and bite a dude’s arm to shreds. And not to mention the fact that chimps are freakin fast(they have to be to hunt monkeys) even if the driver thought to drive away Bruno mostly still catch up, and the rest is history. So yes they should have kept driving but I understand why they didn’t.
