Pretty sure my 1200cc Go( Gone) kart would be of no help. Only does 152 miles an hour. The grin is the wind pushing my cheeks back with a pucker factor of 12. No Joke!

Sorry but better take that part with the bicycle out. You clearly violated the transit rules. Preference for the who is going straight and almost hit a bicycle.
