Wise words my friend. Thanks for sharing! My dad was a hard working, honest, man of his word, and a good friend. He grew up in a different generation and some of his beliefs were dated. I have tried to build on that, and work hard daily at adapting my parenting. But I will not compromise those many core values my dad taught me: be the leader of the household, provide a safe environment free of fear, be humble and kind, be a good friend, open doors, treat women with respect, work hard, give maximum effort, be there for your family, and enjoy your off time. Happy Father’s Day to you my friend. Yea I just feel like this whole world wants to make all men out to be bad dudes. We all make mistakes because we live in a world full of sin but being a strong man is a good thing. It’s a hard world to raise young boys in for sure.
