The goldfish in the water trough are there to eat mosquito larva. Otherwise you need to ad soap or chemicals. Goldfish are used because there fish that need less oxygen then others. Question of the day (day 6): "does Abby know how to float in water?"

That was a great event for sure! I'm old enough to really remember the 60s so it was fun to see how some people think we looked and acted back then. Great video! Pricilla dear, you have got to be extremely careful out in this heat! Your body has undergone come major changes! The surgery has amazing benefits, but there are some drawbacks too. You can’t absorb things as well as you used to. In general terms of sugar, fat, and calories that’s great! But it also means that it’s much harder to absorb electrolytes like sodium, chloride, and potassium. Because of the sugar content regular gatorade is a No no. The last thing you want right now is passing out ad ending up in the hospital There from dehydration and low electrolytes. The transplant clinic that manages my intestinal failure has recipes for oral rehydrating solution not loaded with sugar. I can give them to you if you want, but I would recommend calling your doctor first and see what they prefer. Propel and g2 are two others low in sugar. You look amazingBTW!!!!Congratulations today!

Asa I love that you give 100% of yourself, when you waved to the neighbor and talked about the encounter with the traffic cop made me chuckle! Also, the fish in the water trough for the horses, they help control algae and eat mosquito larvae. 😃 I love horses and volunteer at therapeutic riding program, and for some of the troughs we have fish in there. They swim down when horse drinks. Sorry my aspergers came out, as I said I love horses!

For my health class we were learning about autism. I have a cousin with high functioning autism so it is really close to my family. I got to go into one of the classes with autistic kids and spend the day with them and I have to say it was one of the best experiences of my life. Loved it! We have a Santa's Sleigh my husband built to fit around our golf cart for Christmas parades. Our husky "pulls" it, lol, or people think he does. It's electric of course but we hook him on his retractable leash run under the windshield & he just does what a husky loves to do, pull his sled.
