Speaking on what fluffy said learn what bullets you're bringing too. That way it'll make a world of difference actually bringing ammo that can pierce tier 4 armor or rather any armor of any kind. That way you're more prepared up against some people with big boy loot, though I can feel you there dude. I bought the game on the 13th and I'm only lvl 13 so take my advice with a grain of salt. Just keep in mind it's worse in my opinion not knowing what ammo you're bringing and it hurts people like you brought a nerfgun to a gun fight. Finally you can find an ammo chart on reddit detailing bullets via how much penetration and damage they do.
