Prices have run up too high in a small period of time ie post covid to till date, the appreciating price momentum that started during covid has run its course. Tier 1 is witnessing correction in prices, Tier 2 & 3 will witness them as well in another few months.

How many projects Mr Jasuja launched at @1-2cr for End use in NCR vis -vis for Luxury or Ultra luxury NRI market. Developers aren't focused for Middle or upper middle class.

only 2 things : 1) crazy high prices of properties which most of them are junk .. 2) Job unsurety 3) Greed and Fear - Sellers want max and Buyers are either fearful about bad investments or crazy prices .. This bubble will burst for sure ..never in my life have seen properties becoming 2X in a matter of 20 months

Well explain thank you for bringing up this video Financial education is indeed required for more than 80% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. The value of the US dollar is declining due to inflation, but it is increasing in comparison to other currencies and commodities such as gold and real estate.
