This is a good starting video on the shaft fatigue for beginners. I hope that the students also read the ansys manual and other fatigue books because fatigue FEA is a specialized topic. Common mistakes for beginners are using Von-mises stresses for non zero mean stresses and using mean SN curves (50%) for analysis.

what do you mean by (using Von-mises stresses for non zero mean stresses and using mean SN curves (50%) for analysis is a mistake!), what is the right choise if i use Soderberg criteria for analysis?

Nice tutorial for fatigue stress analysis, but you need to determine the maximum stress with a stress convergence study in order to find the minimum safety factor.

where do i get S-N curve for fatigue analysis? when i clicked "solve" it asking for S-N Curve

For predefined materials, the SN curve is already available in ANSYS. For custom materials, the SN curve needs to be defined in the material information.
