Thou shalt have no other god's beside me, says the Lord God Almighty. There is no other, but your church has been taught there is, in the belief in Mary , mother of the human part that was Jesus the Christ, the Son of the living God, the only God. Mary has no authority, to pray for any one. Jesus is our only way to reach the Father in heaven. If you would read the Word of God, you would know this. Yes we have all sinned and come short of the glory of God, but Jesus provided a way of escape from the punishment we all deserve and that was He gave His life, for to bring us back to the Father in Heaven, so we can have a relationship as Adam and Eve had before they fell into sin. He gave His life, to save us and that sacrifice was so powerful to the Father, that it only was done one time, on Calvary's hill. He Jesus, is so wonderful, because He is God and came as our Savior, as no one was sinless like Him. He is our pure lamb of God and only that fact, would ever please the Father in Heaven. Mary was from the nature of Adam and Eve and therefore not sinless and she also tells you in God's word. She is not God or the mother of god, but she did give birth to the Son of God That didn't give her any authority to pray for anyone in heaven. NONE. These are all made up stories, meant to deceive you and keep you in deception. Jesus warned us that in the last days, this would happen.

The message is timeless: Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and forever as St. Paul says. The Blessed Virgin Mary's message at Fatima is THE message of our time, precisely because it supports the message of Jesus Christ as the Catholic Church has taught since the Apostolic Age. Our Lady does not add anything to the Gospel, but does give us direction in these sad times that God Himself has ratified by the great Miracle of the Sun of October 13, 1917. This Miracle is unprecedented in the history of the World. Our Lady promised three illiterate shepherd children several months in advance that a miracle would take place on October 13 "so that all may believe." This was witnessed by an estimated 70,000 people, believer and scoffer, all saw it. I don't know what your beliefs are, Nathan, but I would invite you to pray for truth to Our Lord, Jesus Christ, and investigate the message of Our Lady of Fatima. It provides hope and direction for our time based entirely on the Gospel and constant Church teaching. Our Lady is not trying to de-throne her Son, but to lead us to Him, to be happy with Him forever. God bless you, and thank you for your question.

It is easy to bring up various points that you find objectionable, but to be completely fair to my position, you would have to reciprocate and answer my objections to your positions. There ARE answers to all your objections. Christ didn't say to pray the Rosary, but He did tell people to pray the Our Father, the Hail Mary is mostly contained in Scripture, the Gloria is praising the Trinity and thirteen of the fifteen Mysteries are explicitly contained in the Bible. (NOT that I concede that everything Christ commands is in Scripture, it comes from the Catholic Church, as does Sacred Scripture itself.) The other two mysteries are implicitly contained in Scripture, and I could cite the Church Fathers who are the best interpreters of Scripture.) I have only cursory dealt with one of your exceptions and this comment is already long. The Catholic Faith is far more nuanced than its Protestant objections. The Truth often is. Therefore, I do not find it profitable to continue this discussion. Just remember this. In the Bible, Christ Our Lord tells us that if we do not believe because of the wisdom of His words, to believe because of His works (i.e. miracles.) If you are a man who is truly searching for the truth, study Fatima, its miracles and its prophecies which have been fulfilled. Study the Catholic Faith, its history and traditional Scriptural interpretation (not the modernist junk that today is passed off as Catholic) and its many miracles. Sorry, but your prayer to Mary is not scripturally sound, as she at rest, not answering requests from Catholics, who have been miss led to believe she has any authority to pray for any one. Only Jesus, paid the price for your sins, one time on the cross and that was enough to cover a multitude of sin , such was His sacrifice and suffering there on Calvery's hill. Mary is not God, Jesus is and can answer your every need and loves you to go directly to Him, not to the dead, so please follow God's method from His Word the Bible as that is the only way you can be saved, thru our Lord Jesus. @Collins Anosike our lady did not say that he had to go to Russia to consecrate Russia. Was she said was that it needed to be done with all of the Bishops throughout the world and that Russia was to be specifically named. Neither one of these conditions was met in 1984. The Pope consecrated the world to our lady not specifically naming Russia and it was not done in Unison with all of the Bishops of the world.

She was a good wife and mother to her family and so you can stop calling her virgin. It was a marriage, not a virgin life. 2. Mary was a human, not God and she was blessed to be a part of God's plan of salvation, for all of mankind. But that is as far as her contribution goes. She is not our go to person , in this world, Jesus is our mediator between us and the Father and there is no other way, whereby we can be saved either. Not masses, or priests of RC org. or hosts, offered daily daily, can save one person from the hell we all deserve. Only the blood shed by Jesus sacrifice on Calvary covers a multitude of sin and that is the ONLY way. Woman behold thy son" and another circumstantial evidence is why were not his brothers and sisters at his crucifixion. Why were they absent and not with Mary? Because Mary had no other children. I'm a journeyman myself, but a Bible student nonetheless. They say the first step in committing to anything is first understanding the foundation of your efforts. A good first step is listening to Brant Pitre, "Brant Pitre blows your mind on Mary", which is one of many in the Catholic Productions youtube channel. Scott Hahn also gives a comprehensive study on where Mary is in Scripture and why we have to honor her - both for the glory of God, AND our own trek to holiness; because understanding Mary's humility, faith, and fortitude is the key to our own relationship with Jesus. Sorry for being a bit preachy, just mouthing-off what i discover in these studies from these speakers.
