Why do you call Sinners poor . It is their choice ,there is no where on Earth that Jesus is not known ,every country in the world can get a Bible although it has to be smuggled into Muslim countries . In the West we have to much comfort and Money and material things are peoples God . The West is now Atheist and the churches are now empty or closed down and being a Christian is called old fashioned . Pray for Christians to come back to church and to receive the Body of Christ . Jesus said it would be like this in The End of Days "When I Return will there Truly be any Faith" All the Signs are here for every one to see that we are now witnessing the words of Jesus . I find most days than not I think about Hell and how much I don't want to go their or have anyone in my family my children, wife, siblings, their children, my parents, in laws and grand parents or even a stranger or my worst enemy. Its so bad I wouldn't wish it on anyone who has done me harm.

I used to think like you, unfortunately there's many in my family who are caught up with their own liberal views. All I can do is pray for them. I pray the rosary and visit the blessed sacrament often and I leave it in the hands of God. But God bless you.

God Bless You . Your Strong Faith is working and making you aware of the Evil in the World . I am very much like you and when i am in a crowded place i often think does anyone here Believe in God or when i am walking through a City where it is very busy i think how many people here go to Mass and do they have contact with God as in Prayer and Holy Communion . I never used to think like this but i do all the time now . Sometimes i think that all of the people are Empty Vessels just Existing not knowing why they are Alive and what is to come . When i go to Funerals people stand up and Read out a very long letter about the person that has Died and then goes on to say they are making a Celebration of the persons life when in fact the person if they had True Faith is just starting Life Real Everlasting Life and this is the whole point of a Christian Funeral to Celebrate Everlasting Life not the Earthly life for instance what about people in poor countries who have little food and live in shacks or mud huts and when one of them Dies how can someone stand up and say they want to make a celebration of he poor persons life when all the person ever had was poverty No the person has gone to Heaven to start Life Everlasting True Life . Atheism is Evil and has crept into peoples Heart and the Catholic Church should speak out against its Evil

Excellent series - Fatima Mission. The examination of conscience is outstanding with specific states of contrition explained. Excellent presentation! So much to take in... If this was preached at my novus ordo parish heads would be spinning and exploding everywhere. Sorry to say it but it's true. One of my friends there actually told me that I didn't need to go to confession because we all get forgiveness at the beginning of Mass and I was being silly and old fashioned. I'm in my 50s and she is in her 70s. That's how things are these days. So sad... and lukewarm. Ugh

Pam Frederick - Yes, check out the first video in the series. The devil would not make promises of miracles that cause people to convert, has no incentive to reveal the horrors of hell, nor has any control over the celestial bodies.

First of all, it was the Jews who gave us the Old Testament. Secondly, the Roman Catholic Church was not around as an organization in the first couple of hundred years of Christianity. And, most importantly, when the apostles wrote the New Testament documents they were inspired by the power of the Holy Spirit.There wasn't any real issue of whether or not they were authentic. Their writings did not need to be deemed worthy of inclusion in the canon of Scripture by a later group of men in the so-called Roman Catholic Church. God preserves his Word. He said so. Psalm 12:6,7. As long as the Bible was in Latin, the early Catholic church had no trouble telling the people what was in it and how it should be interrupted. However, once the Bible was translated into English that's when the church went crazy and started burning people at the stake for the audacity of reading the Word of God in their own language.
