Beautifully baked Sago, nothing better on cold rainy days!! My mother also made this, but I never knew quite how not all recipes are good, yours looks so delicious I want to try this. I just made this for my husband he had gastric issue my late mum said sago is good stomach issues and I too put custard powder coz it makes the taste better…. I don’t know you Fatima but Rest in peace

I separate the eggs and whisk the white until peaks appear. I fold in the white and I don't put in the oven. I serve it with fresh cream.❤
