The most difficult task before teaching is, "what to teach" but before teaching something, one has to know, The Art of teaching. That's what, i feel about you. You know the Art of teaching that's why, your spell works, not only for me but dozen of people are talking about you. Carry on the world is with you.

The most common question that I get from students is, ”how can I be fluent in English?”. First, we need to understand what is the exact definition of ”fluency?”. Actually, it is an ability which helps you keep moving, no matter you are speaking or writing something. To be fluent in English, the very first step is to forget about your errors or mistakes, because this fear is a hurdle in your fluency. When you get worried, the ideas or words in your mind get scattered and it takes time to rearrange them. This is only possible when you take a glass of water or sit on sofa for 5-10 minutes. No one would ever wait for this time spam so, in any interview, when you get puzzled you’re knocked out in seconds, and you go home. Actually, this is a common behavior, when you talk to some senior management such fear remains with you, and you start stuttering. Even many people can’t speak in their mother language in front of their bosses, teachers or sometimes parents. So, here is a big problem of your confidence as you haven’t done much practice on ‘how to speak in front of senior body’. Or, you are not much confident about your assignments given by the boss that’s why you get confused. For a while skip your senior staff, because you would never like to speak incorrect English in front of them. Now, I would recommend you to add some strangers in order to practice your speaking skills. These strangers would never let you feel ashamed over your errors. Secondly, you would also feel comfortable while talking to them. Once you complete a 4-5 month practice session with these strangers, you will be able to maintain your fluency. It’s just like boxing practice, once you’re able to fight, you will be able to knockout anyone in any interview. Now there’s a question, how to find these strangers? for this, you need to read my second article. ”How to practice English with International People?”. I hope you liked the article, if you have any opinion, I would welcome your feedback.
