OK so I've begged my wife for 7 years to make pancakes like this but she was too scared they'd fall apart, and all I got was crumpets. I made these now-now-now, immediately after watching the video. That quantity made a LOT of batter; I ate FIVE (or was it six?). And I have enough batter for later. I eat mine with lemon juice and cinnamon sugar. They are YUMMY!
