Fatip is a nice one. Artisanal, it has a Italian soul, you feel it. I do not know if the new Grosso is worth buying....most important do not press too much..... Light light sliding and Fatip will work for you👍

Great shave and review. It is built almost like a open comb. Looks like a good razor. Astra sp used to cut me open all the time. It was kinda agressive, with that blade.

Great shave shave Alex, the razor is designed so that it leaves those lines of shaving cream to keep some slickness on your face, it’s actually helping with glide:)

@@AlexShavesReviews Yes open comb same concept will leave the lines of shaving cream but more aggressive. You should try Razorock .84 Gamechanger, very smooth razor, but you’re in enough trouble now for having RAD😂

@@AlexShavesReviews Alex you won’t be sorry, it’s an incredible value for what you get, it’s all stainless steel and the blade tolerances are very tight, also perfect blade balance and alignment every time, but it’s so smooth, I used today and forgot how good it is, keep in mind they have .68 or .84 blade gap, I have the .84 and find it’s perfect. It’s not that aggressive but smooth and efficient, I chose the barber pole handle. Hope to see it in your den Alex:)

@@AlexShavesReviews fatip is almost a very nice artisanal experience. I prefer the open than the closed one, the geometry is the same, but with the open one the gliding is better

I would classify it similar to a Mühle R41 as a hybrid OC and SB. The head is identical to a OC but has a safety bar with some teeth. For me with open combs I have to treat the shave almost like a straight razor shave with skin stretching especially on my neck area to avoid irritation. When ever I use the R41 or SB razor all I have to do is tilt my head back to shave my neck area. Thanks for the review you are making it hard not to order this razor.

Nice shave,it really is a good razor. How was your skins after the shave? Do you think an fatip open comb would be to much?

Thank you 😉 my skin was ok after the shave BBS 😁 In fact, I think that the open comb one, will do even better. I can’t wait to get one, and test it out. I would say, if you want to get one, go for it, it’s a great little razor. Take care and have a great week!
