My mom showed me how to ear the raw egg with rice in the 50s back in Hawaii. She was from Yokohama and loved to Hawaii after the war. I loved it as well!!

So you have been eating it for a long time! I hope it was a good memory for you
Great to see Clayton and Stuart in Japan with Chris and Gin! It's a very interesting idea you serve TKG...Some people strongly refuse it, but it's so obvious C&S truly enjoyed it! Thank you for trusting high quality of public health management in Japan toward eggs. I really liked the Gin wrapped TKG by nori and "fed" Clayton respectfully😂 I love the sense of Gin's translation and paraphrase in all the videos very much♥

Thank you very much! We both love TKG and wanted to see what my friends would think of it as most Americans are not comfortable with raw eggs. But they really liked it, we thought they would-or at least hoped they would, and it was a thrill for us to introduce something that I think I very Japanese, simple to make but exceedingly delicious

In france, we often eat raw eggs in pasta (carbonara), or even with raw beef meat (steak tartare), and it’s bewildering to one of my english friends 😂. Loved the video - Clayton and Stuart are great guests (and very handsome) Hope they have a great time in Japan.

Thank you! I hope you enjoyed all three videos with Clayton and Stuart! And, Gin and I, went to Niigata and had some great food and fun there! Those are coming soon!
