I used to like to follow taunting Snipers around invisible and backstab them when they'd taunt. Once they got wise, wait for them to do it a couple of times and not attack, then come at them again. Really gets under their skin. Bastard Spy is best Spy.

Anytime I see someone like this I have the same reaction: Who hurt you? You trash talk when people miss you, you complain when people hit you, it’s never your own fault, the games are always so easy except when you lose, then it was luck that we rolled your team because you couldn’t possibly make any mistakes. Yes our sniper must be cheating and our demo is definitely crit hacking, and oh my 158 points don’t count because I was just leaning on my team. Like damn I’m not always that good at the game, in fact sometimes I’m absolutely shit, but why even play if you can’t have any real fun? If you don’t want to be opposed why even play a multiplayer game? Some part of me just feels bad for them if they’re like this everywhere but another part of me finds it absolutely hilarious.

My personal theory why people are more angry is because snipers skill cannot be appreciated like the skill of other classes. You're not as upset when you die to a trickstab, reflect, airshot or combo, most people are probably impressed. But because Snipers gameplay is usually the same task, without much flashiness and you probably won't see the sniper before you get headshot. The Snipers skill is only really able to be appreciated by the sniper themselves since they're the only ones seeing their aim. Without being able to acknowledge a snipers skill you're just left with anger.

This energy swirls within your body, and builds up into a great mass of which can drve you forward, or freeze you in place. The secret is in the emotion you give the energy, if you demonstrate anger and spite, the energy will be similarly charged, and will flow through your muscles and wreck havoc on your keyboard, but if utilised properly, this energy can become your greatest asset. Be salty, but don't be mad.

By the way, thank you fatmagic. Unironically, you've made me better at sniper. Just now I was playing Halloween harvest, and getting my ass handed to me. After a couple of deaths in the usual spots, feeling like the entire team was on me, I remembered your advice to think about why I died. So I went, ok, I'll go somewhere else. Instead of a roof, I'll go in the left hallway. Lo and behold, I got a 14 ks and died from unawareness of another sniper. Thank you.

I don't think the person was being 'salty' salty. If he was calling FatMagic slurs or something then yeah, but the 'insults' were just regulated to something about the game itself, like how the map is bad, the respawn time or his killstreak and whatnot. One of the 'insults' was being mad that FatMagic pressed S. Who could take that seriously? My take is that the guy is just doing some fun banter and friendly trashtalk that's a bit spicier than usual. He even says 'ow' after getting headshot and not dying at 6:48. Someone who's sweating their ass out and actually being salty wouldn't take the time to type that in the middle of a fight. I don't even think the hackcusation was real, because he followed it up with 'performance enhancing drugs', right after. It seems like a compliment more than anything. EDIT: Saw his replies below. 100% convinced he's not actually mad.

But on your last point...I would say that just because Vermin doesn't outwardly show how much he does or doesn't care doesn't make it ok. Maybe he is actually embarrassed and feels shunned after seeing this vid. I know I would feel horrible if he made a video like this about me because he didn't understand whatever sarcastic sense of humor I had. I mean every single other comment is flaming this guy, it would definitely hurt my feelings to read all this.
