I love that room. It makes me feel what it must be like to live in a dollhouse. So very charming. What a happy working space.

Thanks for the tour of America's most organized sewing room! I cannot believe how she has everything categorized everywhere. All of her little vintage pieces add to the charm, yet she makes them useful. I think I had a small chest of drawers like her red one for my Barbie clothes when I was little. Love this segment!

Watching this is like watching a kid going through a candy store... It's overwhelming in its cuteness and preciseness! I'd be scared for people to go through my sewing room. "Oh! I've been looking for _that_ for years! Thanks!"

I know this is 4 years old but I’ve not seen it before. It was very interesting to see how Lori’s sewing rooms have evolved over the past 4years. I thoroughly enjoy all of them because my sewing space is horribly small. I want a design board and one would fit well in my space on one wall. But, I need to keep something portable in front of it for storage. I just have a hard time getting my husband to help me as he can’t see the vision. I’ll keep trying.

Those containers that someone said they looked New, they are old sewing containers from at least the 60s or 70s my mom has one that I used when I started sewing when I was a child.

How does Lori have her table skirt attached to her table in front of the window? I'm getting ready to make one for my cutting table and can't decide the best way to attach it. I was thinking sticky back velcro hook side on the table and sew-in loop on the skirt.
@Sunshine-iq8iy5 жыл бұрын
I have one under my sewing table too. It is super easy. You can buy it at the curtain rods section. They are like a shower curtain rod. No need to put nail but adjust the length and put it between two corners!
@FatQuarterShopTX5 жыл бұрын
The velcro is a great idea! Lori has her on a curtain rod that's installed onto the table.
