Is the cliff walk free of charge?

Good question! The cliff walk itself is free and you can hike up all the way from Grindelwald (for free) as well! It's approximately 7 km with 1100 m of climb. An easier alternative is by the 25-minute Grindelwald-First cable car. Costs CHF 64 (as of April 22) or half of that with the Swiss Railway Pass. (The gondola is included in the Jungfrau Travel Pass)
