Good afternoon I have a question the new igx800 my machine is surging high and low I've done replace the coils packs and the rectifier the rectifier went out at 120 hours causing to burn up the left side coil I just went ahead and replaced everything but still have a surging do you think it could be in the throttle control sensor? My generator is for sale and I have a buyer coming in 30 mins to look at it , so I went out and started it to make sure it still starts. It started up fine and ran for about a minute then spitter and shut down. Won't restart. Think it's the solenoid? Gas tank is blocking access to the carb on this Nrothstar 13000. I can get the cowling off though.

Good afternoon. We purchased a Honda GX690 3wks ago and we cannot get it to start. Went to a job site finished, turned off and at the next jobsite it would not turn on. We have checked starter fuse and actually replaced it just in case, ground cables replaced, and so has battery. Neither hour meter nor machine turn on. Help please?

Gx670 runs fine ,until it gets to running temp , then splutters and dies . Changed tank ,fuel line , coils ,carb plugs ,and pump , any suggestions as to what could be the problem welcome .

My Honda GX 690cranks but no start I changed filter and fuel pump the machine won’t suck the fuel up to fuel filter I’m not sure what’s wrong!!!! Someone help 😥😥

I have a fairly new belt drive 690 that has been leeaking oil since the day it was delivered. Only thing I can guess is that’s it’s leaking from where they attached the accessory oil change hose. It’s got about 200 hours on it now but it’s leaked since day one. Besides the oil drain is there somewhere I should be looking to tighten a loose drain bolt? I don’t want to do a warranty claim due to the length of time they will seize my machine and put me out of business . Please help!!!!!!!

Good morning friend, I have a Honda GX 630 engine that explodes a lot when I accelerate fully. When I decelerate it returns to normal. What could be causing this?

Have a gx690 that starts and runs perfect under load for about 20-30 minutes then changes tone for about half a second and continues doing so after it gets hot. New spark plugs new fuel filter, fuel tank properly vented. Any thoughts?

What was the cause for the failure you describe at the beginning of the video? I have the exact same thing occurring on my GX630 but everything is checking out as OK
