I apologize, I have a doubt, in the IEC 61025 standard, the fault trees each element is in a separate branch, the correct affirmation that it must be this way or the structure that you expose is also correct and does not contradict the norm.

Felipe, I checked the standard but didn't find the requirement you mentioned. Can you confirm which clause of the standard you are referring to?

I give you credit for all the work you do, but the excel creation of a fault tree analysis diagram is just not correct. One should be representing the FTA as it is represented everywhere and that is not done with Excel, but a pictorial representation of the failure that is received from the propagation of basic events. If you'd done it in a graphical tool you'd be great!
