I think keeping the numerical probability as is. Instead, limit the amount that can be bought. It being 1/500 is a good thing in terms or morale for the buyer whilst keeping the price at an affordable rate. Putting a limit decreases the chance of winning through sheer quantity.

Tbf, GPT is pretty good at spitting out code snippets. You should never use it to code your entire project but you should use it to speed up the turn around time, at least, for the simple logic parts of your code.

There's just a utility for this on the true random website that simulates powerball tickets and has a custom one that does exactly what she wants.
