Love your videos! I've been making journals for years and have taken paper bags and made faux leather. It's amazing what you can do with plain old paper! Fun!!

Thank you so much Linda. Yes fun to create with something so simple as a paper bag. I just posted another video this past week on making a journal out of gigantic playing cards...that was fun!

Love that look! I’ll definitely try this technique! Hope you didn’t have too much damage from the hurricane that hit up there recently!

Some areas got hit hard...other areas like where I live just made a mess of yards and power outage for a while. Some areas still have no power after 9 days

Hi ,looks great 👍 how do you put the pages back ??
@treemaidenart3 жыл бұрын
Hi Andrew. If you make a book cover like this one you have to create signatures,which are pages bound together and attached to the book. Usually they are attached by way of cord,string,thread,twine or some much materials. I did a video on signatures last year. I am sure there are many on KZbin that are more recent. Thanks for viewing.

also if this sounds too complicated I just glue several pages to each other at the front and several to each other in the back(with glue stick) to make them sturdier, then glue those to the book(front and back) with double sided tape or tacky glue. I have done that several times.
