Since I fell in love with Fugazi before the age of the internet and did not get to go see them, I didn’t realize how much other people love them too! It’s so awesome to hear how much they mean to others. I love how connected we all feel as Fugazi Fans. I love you all!

Hello Denver ! Going to 27th and Arapaho warehouse shows in the 90s felt like being in DC.... it was great and I am very happy to see familiar faces in this documentary. Notably Ian and Keith who are great and kind people. Cheers from France fellas.

KZbin algorithm delivered this to me! Amazing documentary! Repeater is my all time fav. I’m lucky enough to say I have seen fugazi many times, I opened for them in 93 where I also hung out with them at Denny’s after the show. Later I was in a band with Jed Kopp, and friends with Keith Curts of Fauxgazi/ this documentary brings a tear to my eye!

I was at a friends who had a demo tape from southern Studios " What was that word again" and i think " Waiting Room". So I was clued up about them when they played Newcstle, England the first time. Funny but Fugazi ended punk for me due to the fact that no one can bettrr this! The Pistols, Damned and Fugazi. Brilliant music.

I found this band through skateboarding, very lucky to have seen them in chapel hill, it felt like the whole bar was moving side to side, it was cool seeing a lot of people doing the pogo at one time , best to all
@romerjason2 жыл бұрын
Going to their shows was different. It meant more. Wish kids nowadays had something as meaningful and moving instead of this mass produced nonsense. I’m still amazed at the people I turned onto them. To this day they don’t listen to other bands from then but fugazi persists

I didn't get into Fugazi until later on, just after Red Medicine was released. Saw them at the Italo club in Lismore, Australia. One of the best shows I have ever seen.

Now that they've been gone so long I truly appreciate having seen them 10 or so times. Best memory was helping organize a free show at UC Berkeley / Lower Sproul (video on youtube) that was totally amazing. And the band totally put up with our amateur production. They always represented something great, something better to strive for, regardless of what you think the music (I fucken love it). Maybe that's why people compare them so much to religion.

What do you guys think about making your own fugazi t-shirt these days? The odds are they won't end their hiatus. I'm just such a huge fan and want to proudly display my love for them and maybe turn other people on to them if they see my t-shirt. Maybe just an album cover or a photo of them playing live. Anyone have thoughts about that?
