The needle length and frequency was perfect on the microneedling! Refreshing to see that. But wanted to add that when using above .30mm, you don’t want to use Vit C after! There’s been cases of foreign body granulomas when combining microneedling and Vit C. You also don’t want use any oils or creams for the first 24 hours when those micro channels are open when microneedling at .50mm. Great video! Loved this

Just a tip - You should try Castor oil on your eyebrows and eyelashes, for regrowth, stronger and longer hair. Also the natural colour of the hair also improves as Castor oil is a known healer, great for rejuvenating skin (reparing damaged skin) and hair follicles, and its cheap and natural :-)

I just ordered brow dye because of you! 😉 Another product you might find interesting is a Fasciablaster. They have one for the face and several for the body. I love the Face Blaster. I think it works similar to the dermaroller in that it increases collagen production as well as blood flow but it’s really thickened up my 53 year old skin in places where it was getting really thin and saggy. BTW I love your hair!

Ive been using the Tria for about 4 years. It's one of my all time favorite devices. I use it daily at full setting and use it completely until it shuts off on one side of my face and then turn it back on and do the other side. It feels comfortable to me. Your face will get used to it and you won't be bright red forever. I do all my face treatments in the am. I'm not red at all.

Monique, I will be 48 this March and I've always looked younger than my age, but in 2016 I was diagnosed with cancer. Just an FYI there are derma needles out there that do not have actual needles but wheels with knife like needles so make sure to not buy the $10 ones. Invest in a real derma needle or just spend a little extra and vet the DermaPen it has needles heads than you replace about every 7 times, you use it. Plus you can adjust the depth of the needles so you can do. 5 on your face or go up to 1.5 for deeper scars.

I actually have been using products from Vichy for a year now, and like them quite a bit. Their moisturizers are great, they have a special line for menopausal skin, which is great for me as I'm "peri.." and their serum is great too. My friend has also tried to turn me on to Rodan & Fields...pricey (yowza), but the samples she's given me have shown me what all the fuss is about. They seem to work really well. I'm always on the search for things that will keep my combo skin moisturized, DEwrinkle, and yet not break me out like my 13 yr. old.

I was going to invest in the Tria Laser however I have consulted with a top Dermatologist n a top Plastic Surgeon n they both told me to stay away from lasers especially the Tria they both said that gradually it destroys the andipose layer which will cause deflation of skin!!! They said it will build collagen over time but will hav negative side affects!!!!

Glycerine and rose water are also good and effective. This is non greasy. Add also Vit E and it works well. Wrinkles are reduced and skin also looks younger.

There are cheaper version of the eye tape - Amazon - Eye Charm. I've been using it for over a year. Cut it in half and only use it on the outer half of the lid. Eye Charm is very cheap and works well.

Have you tried the derma wand? It’s so awesome. I bought mine on eBay for like $70. Highly suggest for tightening face like crazy! If I use 15 min a day my skin looks so tight. Something that I have found VERY beneficial is Microderm MD which is an exfoliator. It removes all of the dead skin cells making your skin receptive to your moisturizer and serum!! I use it 2 times a week and have loved the results. I got mine on QVC because they allow you to get the product immediately and make 4-6 payments. I am 68 and on social security and that is a very tight budget,, let me tell you! There is no way I could afford most of the products you speak of but this has been so beneficial to me!!

Thanks for the list. I'll be checking out that light mask! Also you're right on about dyeing eyebrows. I found great success with the Just for Men product. It's meant for guys facial hair and it's inexpensive . You get a the color and developer in resealable tubes so it good for multiple uses. Just for Men seems to thicken my brows and that's just great for thinning brows. Word of caution - if you don't want to look like Groucho Marx , choose a color lighter than your natural color and don't leave it on for the recommended length of time. I only leave it on 5 mins (or less). It develops super fast!

I saw your before and after Tight Science photos and boy was I impressed with how well it worked. I believe this will be the first product I will try out of all your suggestions. Yep, I wish I could afford that led mask and a derma roller. I'll be 60 on may 16, and I have taken care of so many others while on a small income. I guess I'll look worse each year. You could do a video Monique on what steps to take on starting out, with building tools as you go. Not that I could do it, but if somone was to start out antiaging her face, how and what would you recommend as starters to work your way up. As far as the mask, derma roller, and lazer, go. I am older than you are, and spent some younger years in fashion, so I am very aware of my maturity. So far I have found that derma rolling is good. The skin, lines, and lips are improving. Mine are .5 and 1.0, but I'll look into going deeper per your recommendation. Also, I have done two deeper micro needling sessions with a professional. The results are showing now! Eating organic foods only...big anti-aging tip yet many people find it hard to give up sugar. It may take 3d to 7 days of giving it up before you notice how much better you look and feel. I drink an organic green drink that I mix with water and drink it throughout the day. Fix your diet or the money spent on beauty products will not show up in your skin the way you hoped. Nice video!

Freddie Cougar mask! LOL! But if it works that is great! I get, Vine-Vera Resveratrol skin care. It is the Meriot Essential Cream. They were in the middle of the mall from California. San Francisco area. I have been using the whole system and it is great! Pricey but aren’t they all! I also get Amways’s Youth Xtend enriching eye cream $79 for a small small jar! I go all the way for my skin! I understand the importance of good skin. Your makeup is as good as your skin underneath! I also use Mary Kay’s timewise repair day cream with retinol. I don't think that the point of her videos is to look super young at any age. She is giving tips for you to look your best--because many people haven't been obsessed with their looks but maybe they can spruce up a bit.
