I’m only 20 minutes in and am flabergasted by these products. Thank you for sharing. I have to watch this intermittently. Doctors discovered a brain tumor on my 9 year old grandson Friday and he had surgery on Monday. The outcome looks promising. I’ve been by his beside for two days. Prayers please. Hi Margreth, thank you for this year's favourite goodies wrap, it's always enjoyable to see what's new when you miss their releases. Just wanted to add, I picked up a die of a tear ruler at a secondhand shop and it works perfectly on paper, that's what I use it for anyway and it was about 50 cents, so bargain as well. Er zaten weer mooie tips bij, Margreth. En ik had me nog zó voorgenomen even niets meer te kopen… (dilemma). Dank voor al je inspiratie en gezelligheid en gezelschap in het afgelopen jaar. Context: ik nader de 2 jaar ziek thuis met longcovid. Ik heb heel veel moeten inleveren, en opnieuw moeten uitvinden hoe ik mijn dagen doorbreng. Ik heb de afgelopen 2 jaar een nieuwe liefde ontwikkeld voor stof en papier. Waar ik vroeger graag las en schreef - dat gaat niet meer, geheugen- en concentratieverlies - komt nu ‘het knutselmeisje’ in mij tot volle bloei. Alleen, vanwege het gebrek aan energie kom ik vaak maar 1 of 2 keer per week toe aan beetje creatief knippen en plakken. En soms helemaal niet. En wat moet je dan met al die andere uren? Wel, o.a. naar jou kijken 😊. En naar Rachel van Roxy Creations. Echt, dat helpt me de dag door. Heel veel dank daarvoor. If the corners pick up the ink as you explained, take a small sharp scissors and just cut that tiny corners off. it will not do anything to you stamping area but you will no longer have the problem of ink where you do not need it.

The great news about the Curator Stamp set by Tim Holtz is that it does not have the issue of over stamping. I stamped every single one of the stamps on that set and I have zero issues. Unfortunately, I have gotten a few badly cut stamps, but I was thrilled with how Curator stamped.

You can make your own boo boo tape like TH without the mess and get the colors you want. Just put clear tape on sticker sheet backing and color the tape with alcohol markers. It is messy if you use just alcohol ink

I really enjoyed this video, you were so fun going through all the products. Love my recoil scissors too but I switched out my springs ... and love them much better. I tried each spring on paper and on cardstock several times before deciding on the springs I liked best.

Hello Margreth, great choices. This year, I loved (some of) the Creative Expressions releases, ECD and from Tim Holtz the recoil scissors as well as some stamps and vault releases. However, two releases blew me away: the stamping platform with the spinwheel by Sizzix and the stamps by Crafty by Toni. The lovely Toni, in my opinion, closed a missing link with her wonderful stamps regarding creating your own "passports" etc. from scratch. ❤ And you, dear Margreth, made me using my printer again because of your beautiful digitals 🤗

I really think one needs a Teflon bone folder - they don’t crush your paper fibers and thus your folds are not shiny. I also think the frustration of a poor stamping makes getting a stamp positioner worth the money. Otherwise, everything else u said is spot on! TFS!

You may already realize this, but just in case... with the solid (dark) stamps by Toni, this is when it helps to use your stamp platform. Most solid stamps give the best results when you stamp them more than once. Then you get a nice solid impression. Your Clair ink should work perfectly for this. Good luck!

I am watching you on New Year’s Eve here in Tucson. We are two hours earlier than New York. When you showed the papers by Stamperia, I went to Amazon and did 😊some shopping and then came back to watch the rest. By the way, Tim Holtz lives in Arizona. This video will get me in trouble ... I saw several things I feel I must have!! ha ha!! Really, this is an awesome video, it's very helpful. I had that same trouble with Tim's paper trimmer. Not sure if it was a design flaw or what, but my cutting groove is all full of nicks. I can't use it. I have his other new trimmer, the rotary one and I love that one. I have figured out how to see where I'm cutting and I love that you can trim the tiniest piece off and it's always a clean cut. Also, I'm with you on the oxide inks ... I don't get it, my brain doesn't work that way either! But I do love all of the inks I have of his. Thank you for all of your hard work with your video's. I hope your back is better and I wish you a very healthy, pain-free 2025! ❤

In the states there is a fantastic glue called Reptile adhesive. It isn't inexpensive but it is reasonable and works fantastic on paper. It is also w woman owned business. Check it out.

What a great overview of the hits and misses for this past year. I am surprised at how well I liked TH’s new scissors as well. I have arthritis in both of my hands pretty bad. So it definitely helps. It is one reason I have the big crop-a-dile. I don’t think I would have the strength to use the handheld one. Though I imagine I would like it much better.
