What encoder or software (ECamm?) will you use to record video from the RodeCasterVideo for your podcast?

I love Ecamm for everything, but with my solo podcast I’m going to just use the Rodecaster video since it can do it all - video and audio recording - I’ll then just transfer the completed file onto the computer for uploading to podcast/video platforms. 😊

You can add Overlays in Rodecaster Video so I’ll be doing it all in there. I do still prefer Ecamm, but it is really a test because I do see that there are use cases where a purely hardware solution is best and so I want to have the experience to be able to advise on that accurately. 😊

Hi Alec. I picked up Pro Mouse this week and have already used it on a video. Is there a way to use it with the buttons on my Logitech MX Master 3 mouse? I’ve messed around with it but couldn’t get them to work together. A feature like zoom in and out would be great. Thanks.

I can’t believe I never thought to add the zoom to my MX master 3 mouse!! I always have it on Streamdeck button or pedal. I’ll try it out and let you know if/how I get it to work! 🙏😊

@ thanks. I thought it would be great to be able to turn it on and off, use the zoom feature and maybe another feature on my mouse rather than the Streamdeck.
