This year, I discovered Abbey Yung, hair care specialist and it was a game changer for me (so does K18 mask, bond system care from various brands, Amika, pureology, redken). Now, I understand so much from the use of silicone (in the right way). The way hair products really works whether it is “natural” or not. Game changer. The Wonder Oil from Korean brand Lador is also a huge discovery of mine. And I’m telling this after more than 15 years stuck in the “green” beliefs. Didn’t understood the way oil really works. Why hairs HATES water. Etc.

That’s right, she’s a KZbinr and I take her recommendations with a grain of salt because she uses too many products and her routines are complicated imo. A true professional is Blowout Professor (Chris Wenzel), he recommends a rather simple routine using the right products for your hair type, like Andrea does in this video.

This has been such a helpful video! I am beyond excited to find out that there’s actually a treatment that will dye only gray hair, but won’t change the color of your natural hair!!! I love my natural hair color and no toner comes close to it. It’s just not the same. I’ve been doing research on that and could not find anything like that. Plus my hairstylist doesn’t know anything about this treatment. I just have to find a hair stylist where they do this treatment. Thank you for sharing all of this amazing info!

I think it is toning hair. So not real dye, but just toning. It doesn't last long. And I think for me it doesn't stain my Greys enough. It is less prominent after toning, but it washes out quickly :(((

HI Andrea ! I got my coco and eve because you recommended it as well as the olaplex. I have to say the jar mask from coco and eve smells amazing and I loved it but as for the shampoo I will go for the olaplaex again . And I am getting the Gisou hair perfume now and all just because I trust your opinion 100%. I feel that you are so true and honest and I never bought any recommendation from you and thought it was an ad bait they all were very effective. You should be so proud that you made a name for yourself and stayed so genuine .

I have the same hair composition, which is not common in the US. This video helps me SO much! Thank you for sharing!! After your NY trip I am using your hair clip trick when sleeping to maintain volume, and a styled look the next day. Genius! I too do not like to use dry shampoo or anything to dirty my hair between washes. I would love to see how to treat your hair/style between washes and still look fabulous.

Hi Ali , your shampoo combos actually make a lot of sense to me :-)))) , because i'm one of those women who have a lot of styling products but rarely the right ones that make my hair flawless like yours . Fortunately i was lucky to have found recently my favourite combo which makes me feel amazing . Also you have motivated me to wash my hair once a week , which was impossible for me to even think about before , but with the right tools and hair products it works . I have the same hair type as yours and right now i'm so happy with my new combo - Ouai detox shampoo , Kerastase thermique cement heat protect cream and ghd spray for fine hair when i need to style it on dry hair . BTW i love your make up on this video , hope i can find it as a tutorial on some of your other videos . X x

My daughters bought me the olaplaex Shampoo and conditioner for Christmas and I’m looking forward to trying it. My hair is pretty healthy right now but about 10 years ago my hair was very fine from ultra processing it. I began using L’Oreal L Vive, repair shampoo and conditioner, as well as their mask. To add control and shine I used one of their dry oils. It took my very damaged hair and made it look so silky and shiny. No one would’ve known my hair was so damaged. Love your videos, Andrea.❤

I started using coco & Eve because of you. I really liked it but I felt it was a bit pricey, but just when I was about to look for a less expensive product, my hair stylist asked what was I using on my hair because she’s never seen it this healthy and mind you, my hair stylist is not one to compliment so much. She’s a bit old school and just cuts and highlights my hair every 3 months. I told her I was using coco & Eve and she said, never heard of it. Fast forward 3 months later, she asked again what shampoo I was using, this time she asked for the link lol! Needless to tell you I’m still using coco & Eve 😊 I’ve also used olaplex which I also love, but I hate how hard it is to come out of the bottle when it’s almost finished.

I think it is better than olaplex for my hair though I rotate through them all just in case. But for me, there’s nothing like Kerastase. It just feels and smells so luxurious and is so effective for my fine but dense hair.

Color Wow I had worst time getting it out. It gave me beautiful shine, but I could not get it out. I love Aveda products. Mostly the almond line just made my hair so good. I get no fallout anymore. I’ve used Ola Plex and all of those. I think they’re decent, but my stylist told me not to use it for too long.

I have hair breakage from the hair net I have to wear and I hate it , but I don’t think it won’t stop until I retire ! Lol I use the wow one minute transformation styling cream and one thing I don’t do anymore is blow dry my hair since it’s dry I just let it dry naturally and even though I have very long hair it doesn’t take long to dry

If you like Shiseido products, you should try their heat prootect oil. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that oil, it's super light and make your hair shiny and smooth. It's called SUBLIMIC Airy Flow Sheer Oil (it's pink). I know shiseido started with skin-care products but some of their hair products are definately a game changer

Olaplex is amazing! Years ago I was getting the deep conditioning treatments in the salon, and was so excited when the products became available commercially! I haven't tried the shampoo / conditioner, but have gone through 2x bottles of the Olaplex Hair Perfector Mask and Serum, love it! Also the Gisou hair perfume sounds beautiful. Will definitely take a look at it! ❤
