Happy Birthday! 🎉 YES! I have felt years of stress building up and it has affected me overall. I think for me it’s coming from a number of places. Deep in the throngs of toddlerhood for the last several years, but also, I’ve just never had a way to release stress. I’m trying to do better with that 😉

Happy Burfday!!! 🎉❤🎂🎈🙏🏾 Thank you for the heart to heart...extremely relatable, I'm struggling with my mindset versus my sentiments. I know why I'm homeschooling but my mindset is wrestling through cycles of chaos that leave me so exhausted that I'm questioning how sustainable this is. The ability to compartmentalize all the moving parts of the household and manage my sanity and peace keeps evading me. My homeschool friends say it's normal but I agree this, being life, is hard no matter how you slice it. No one escapes dealing with the weight of gravity discerning what to let go to accomplish balance is the key. The hope that it's all worth it, is worth fighting for. So grateful to witness your push through, especially on today ❤

@@ChrisTeeO. just because it’s normal doesn’t mean it’s healthy. Finding the best way to calm those “cycles of chaos” is what I wish I had learned to do a tad bit earlier on. Compartmentalizing is a funny thing that I’m not sure I’ve found helpful at all. But rather practicing PRESENCE and refusing to linger in the past or the future. Quickly releasing the things I didn’t get done and the need to prep or plan for longer than one day or so at a time. Gosh I feel you mama. Trusting the process and remembering your why are good and all but boyyyyyyy do I wish I had a better handle on how to practice peaceful presence earlier on. Shoot me an email if you need to mama. Happy Birthday! New homeschool mom. Boys are 3 and 6 in the same class with classical conversations. I feel like I’m not doing enough of course. That’s just a mom state of mind I think. I try not to look at your awesome homeschool room and compare. 😩 working remote full time this season. It’s tough. I’m trying to trust the process.
