That is what pure trust and loyalty looks like. It takes longer in real time, because anime, but Ikki tells her they have 3 seconds. If Kururu can't tune it perfectly the first time in that timeframe, with enough time for Ikki to grab her and fly them through, they were both dead. For her, she had all the time in the world and no fear. She knew what she could do, and what the Sky King could do, and he knew what his tuner could do. He'd had wings from the start, this is just the latest pair. And he trusted her to give them to him. He gets her to safety, and then shows again exactly why he deserves that title. They weren't afraid, because they had nothing to fear.

Agree brotha, they did Kururu real dirty, she did everything for Ikki always stayed consistent, and in the end they literally replace her at her job for Ringo, who was pretty much the opposite, and removed her as a love interest in one second

The animated version of Bagram activation is still to me, among the most painful betrayal of animation house. Ufotable pls could you pick this series up and do justice? Kururu should be voiced by at least someone of Hanazawa Kana's caliber, this lady's voice is to me, doesn't fit Kururu's persona.
