Did they buff the battle axe or is it just the skulls that make is funnier to use

Skull buff for each skull in order: 15% power 12% attack speed 20% crit chance 20% movespeed 25% cooldown reduction even without the buff the great axe still really good. i’d still prefer it over cog hammer
